To end this weekend, I’m sharing with you my famooouuuuuus tiramisu recipe. Lots of my friends said to me “ooooh your tiramisu is so good”, “When are you making me another one?”. So it’s with pleasure that I’m sharing my recipe with you. Everyone thinks it is a complicated recipe but in fact, it’s not. It’s simple to realize it. It’s just the resting time in the fridge that is quite long, but it is worth the time.

It melts in your mouth!

3 eggs
250 g of mascarpone
60 g of white sugar
Ladyfingers
1 vanilla pod
Some coffee
A pinch of cream of tartar
Some shaved dark chocolate

Separate the white from the yolks, mix the sugar with the yolks until you obtain a creamy light mixture. Add the mascarpone to the sugar-egg mixture and continue to mix well.

In a separate bowl, mix the egg whites with a pinch of cream tartar, until they reach a somewhat firm, but fluffy consistency, then add them softly to the mascarpone mixture with a wooden spoon. Be careful, do not break the whites.

Prepare the coffee, dip the ladyfingers in the coffee, and one by one lay them flat into dish or cups, making sure you do not soak the cookies, as you want to make sure they maintain their firmness. Spread a layer of the mascarpone cream on top, and make this same action one more time. You can also use chocolate milk instead of coffee like i do for my son.

I don’t use cacao powder to put on the top of it because I just think it’s not enjoyable in the mouth, it stick to the palate. I prefer to use shaved dark chocolat, it’s better and it looks prettier. You can also add some crunchy pearl chocolate on the top of it to decorate.

I let it rest in the fridge all night at least.
