Salted caramel sauce

Salted caramel sauce, the best of the small sweet to spread on a piece of bread or even better on a pancake. It’s easy and quick to make. Yes yes very easy and everything is done less than 5 min.


40 grs salted butter or 40 grs of regular butter + 1,5 tsp of French Sea Salt
10 cl liquid cream
80 grs sugar


In a saucepan melt the sugar into caramel, once the sugar has a beautiful coloration, put the butter, whisk with a wooden spoon, pour the liquid cream and whisk again.
