I think I have eaten and made this cake a thousand of time. Everyone falls in love with it. And honestly who doesn’t like chocolate? Raise your hand, well if you don’t, then you can close this tab. This cake is very light and it melts in your mouth. Don’t forget to have a cup of fresh milk with it. I promise you won’t be disappointed!

what-you-need

150 grs black chocolate
3 eggs
75 grs flour
100 grs butter
100 grs sugar
1 tsp baking powder
2 tsp vanilla-flavored sugar
1/4 cup milk

how-to

Pre-heat oven to 170°C

Whisk sugar and eggs together until light and fluffy. Sift flour and baking powder together. Melt the chocolate and the butter in a bain-marie. As soon as the chocolate is well melted, pour in the previous mix and milk then whisk. Finally, butter a mold and pour into it, put in the oven for 25/30 mins. A shorter cooking time will ensure more of a softness and moist to your cake.
