You’re having last minutes guests and you don’t have anything for the desert. Well here a recipe that will save you. This is one of my favorite desserts, the famous chocolate fondant. “yummy” Just to think about it makes me be hungry. It’ a classic, very simple, fast to make and we always enjoy it.

what-you-need

120 g of black chocolate for dessert
120 g of butter
3 eggs
80 g of sugar
20 g of flour

how-to

Heat your oven to 180°C.

Melt the chocolate and the butter in water bath. Whisk the eggs ans the sugar, add the flour, whisk. Then add the chocolate into it. Set aside during 30 minutes.

Divide mixture among ramekins and bake them during 10 to 12 minutes. Take them out from the oven and let them cool 5 minutes. Serve with a ball of vanilla ice cream or a cup of fresh milk.
