Sweet and sour pork with pineapple

    Prep time: 30 min | Cook time: 30 min | Servings: 4

A great and tasting sweet and sour pork with pineapple, a big classic in Chinese Cantonese food.

This main dishes can be found in every Chinese buffet in Europe and US. But in Shanghai, this featured dish is not everywhere, only in Cantonese restaurant in fact. I love that dish, the pineapple gives an extra kick of flavor, it is sweet and sour based on ketchup sauce and not that complicated than you expected. You should definitely have a try, it looks like a lot of work but it’s easier than you think it is. After that, you wouldn’t go to the restaurant anymore just to eat that dish.

    Cooking time: 10mins

    Easy and foolproof!

Who never messed up a white sauce? Also called bechamel sauce. Come on! Don’t be shy, raise your hand. We all once messed up that sauce, me the first. Since I have tested and approved this sauce, I always make this one. She’s not tasteless, things that I reproach a lot with the other recipes. I can hear you saying, but what is the difference with the other recipes? Well in this recipe, I don’t use only milk but also vegetable or chicken stock. It certainly brings more taste to the sauce, and you will never come back to your old recipe after tasting this one. I promise.

geometric animals poster for kids room

Geometric animals poster for kids room

    All about our kids

As you can know, I love spending my free time to create a design for kids room. It makes me think of what my son would love to have in his own room. So here my last creation to decorate a kid room. A geometric animals poster, your children will certainly love it, I really focus on using the same geometric shape to reproduce different animals. Why animals? Because every kid loves animals, even myself. They are all curious about each one of them, about the way they live, the sound they are making, if they are nice or fierce, tall or small, big or small etc…

So I decide to play around animals. And my 5 years old son had a lot of fun, trying to guess which animal it is. Once he found all of them, he felt so happy.

If you are interested in this poster, just let me know.
